Since 2011, Modena Estate Sales has been a 5th generation owned and operated Estate Sale company headquartered in Santa Cruz, California, serving communities throughout the Bay Area and includes all Cities and Counties in Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Big Sur, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Salinas, Santa Clara, San Jose, Morgan Hill and beyond.
Our hard work and commitment to bringing the BEST Estate Sale and Liquidation Services has earned us thousands of followers, we have an extensive buyer list and have buyers attending our sales from all over California and as far as Nevada and Oregon, we get calls from even further for estate services and our Estate Sale Ad views consistently reach over 29,000 hits, often hitting 30,000 - 40,000 views. These numbers convert to foot traffic at our sales, and the numbers keep climbing.
We have successfully completed over 200 estate sale services and have accumulated over 30,000 hours of practical experience, complemented by ongoing training, research and analysis. Our knowledge of handling contracts, sales agreements and itemization of a home's inventory among other necessary considerations makes us one of the top go-to professional companies for attorney's, banking and financial institutions, probate, financial advisors and trustees. We have a pool of 10 people, all professionals with expertise, different specialties and experience whom we trust and pull from in order to handle any size estate and it's contents we are servicing.

We apply our research in real-time, review laws governing sales of items on the secondary market, we are stay aware of what items are best suited for private sales, auctions or are not allowed to be sold (risk management is an important factor for our clients) this allows us to enhance the estate sale experience. We also know it takes a lifetime to learn about the personal property contents found in a home: collectibles, antiques, jewelry (fine and semi-precious stones), precious metals, watches, artwork, textiles, musical instruments, rock memorabilia, vintage cars and so on. No one person can know everything, and it's why our team of specialists meets regularly to discuss improvements to our estate sale services, ensuring we are handling and representing items properly and better serving our clients and the community.
